Nova Scotia Campgrounds, including South Mountain Park Family Camping & RV Resort are popular for their activities. The major renovations and upgrades to South Mountain Park Family Camping & RV Resort are almost completed, which will allow us to focus even more on expanding and enhancing our list of activities.
Our Nova Scotia campground and RV park located in the Annapolis Valley has ideal weather for enjoying the outdoors and that makes South Mountain Park the ideal destination campground & RV park. Our ponds make a wonderful haven for turtles, frogs, and ducks and create an outdoor playground that will occupy any girl or boy for hours. South Mountain Park has biking and hiking trails amongst the woods, after all we have 110 acres to roam. Gaspereau Lake across the highway is ideal for canoeing, boating and fishing. You can float along Gaspereau Lake for hours and hours and enjoy the stillness of nature.
South Mountain Park Family Camping & RV Resort is ideally located for additional outdoor activities that only the Annapolis Valley can provide. You can go on a wine tour as there are several award winning vineyards just minutes away. We are also central to many, many orchards, farmer's markets, and U-picks.
As you can see, we have the best of all worlds at this ideal Annapolis Valley campground, activities and interacting with other campers, escaping and exploring mother nature, fitting in some outdoor exercise, heading out into the Annapolis Valley and exploring vineyards, picking fruit and berries, attending farmers markets, or heading into Kentville, New Minas or Wolfville. We support a local Kinsmen run Drive-In (just minutes away) by listing time and movies playing every weekend.
