RESERVATIONS
To reserve a site at South Mountain Park Family Camping & RV Resort, a credit card is required.
- Check-in time is 1 pm, check-out time is 12 pm for camping sites.
- Check-in time is 3 pm, check-out is 12 pm for the cottages.
- Canada Day, Natal Day, Labour Day, Victoria Day long weekends - Reservation is a minimum of 3 nights.
Cancellation Policy
- A processing fee of $15.00 + tax per site will be charged for any cancellation or change in reservation.
- A two night fee will be charged if cancellation is not received by 1 pm four days prior to the arrival date.
(example, if you are supposed to check in on Friday then you would need to cancel online before Monday at 1pm to avoid the automatic billing)
- No refund will be offered for cancelling on a long weekend with less than 4 days notice.
Cottages
- 14 days prior (receive your deposit back minus a $15 + tax cancellation fee)
- 7-13 days prior receive your deposit minus a $50 + tax cancellation fee
- 7 days or less there is no refund
- Propane is not supplied for personal fire bowls
- No refunds whatsoever for inclement weather, early check-out, family crisis, illness, schedule changes, personal, etc. We have a limited number of overnight camping sites and even smaller number of cabins which causes us to book up quickly. We have turned other families away in order to hold the site for you.
Your pets are welcome.
- For safety of your pet and with respect for fellow campers, we ask that you keep your pets on a leash both on and off campsite and please remember to stoop and scoop.
- Gate cards not returned will have a $15 charge added to the credit card, please put them into the drop box at the store during check out.
- Marijuana - May only be consumed on a campsite if a vaporizer is being used. These units do not create smoke which greatly reduces the smell. If you must smoke a joint then you will be expected to go for a walk into an unpopulated area away from other campers.
Failure to cancel will automatically result in full charge of reservation.
We want you to be happy with your site and will do everything we can to put you in the one you choose. However we cannot guarantee any specific sites.
